Our Project Directors and Project Managers have the capacity to think clearly and critically about issues and information, identify important gaps and problems and to identify interactions across disciplines. We develop tailored solutions that address the key issues and assist our clients to:
- meet their statutory obligations;
- demonstrate responsible environmental management; and
- enhance their capacity to incorporate sustainable environmental management into business outcomes.
Company Directors or Associates are directly involved in and supervise the progress of all projects, providing high level client liaison, integrated issue management, peer review and quality assurance. Careful issue scoping and risk management are an integral part of our approach to all projects. We carefully tailor project teams to ensure that key issues and risks are identified and addressed effectively and that all relevant perspectives are properly considered.
In addition to our focus on integrated environmental assessment and management, we have strong in-house teams specialising in ecology, Aboriginal and historic heritage, environmental engineering and water resource management, as well as quality graphics, document presentation and production. Our project managers have skills and experience in community participation, facilitating close integration of community issues into project design and outcomes. We maintain a close working relationship with a network of sub consultants to provide additional specific technical skills as required by individual projects.
