Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We offer all our employees and their eligible family members access to a company-funded
independent professional, confidential counselling service to help with matters impacting
personal wellbeing.

Paid Parental Scheme

At Umwelt, we recognise that spending time with family is important. To assist with this
balance, we offer additional parental leave benefits on top of the existing Government
schemes.

Flexible working hours

A healthy work-life balance is something Umwelt recognises as an important aspect of
employee happiness. We recognise the challenges of life outside of work and aim to provide
flexible working conditions for all of our employees.


Rewards and Recognition

LOVA

Our LOVA (Living Our Values Award) is designed to recognise staff that embody our values
and contribute to Umwelt in different ways. The LOVA is awarded 6 monthly, to either an
individual, a work area, a group of individuals or an office. Nominations are made by staff and
the winner is decided by the Directors.

Perks 2 Go

We offer all permanent staff with access to ‘Perks 2 Go’ – an employee discount program. The
program offers discounts (online and in-store), cashback and savings from a large number of
retail outlets including supermarkets, cinemas, electronics and clothing.
