Planning For The Future Of The Shoalhaven City Coastline
 
Project Schedule
The Shoalhaven City Coastline Management Plan will be prepared over a three year period,
from April 2006 to mid 2009. The project has eight stages:

Scoping and major issue identification for the whole Shoalhaven City coastline.  Consult about project method, important issues, who needs to be involved, overall objectives and management concepts.

October 2006 to December 2006  
Focus on Jervis Bay, Callala and Vincentia.

January to
March 2007       
Focus on Ulladulla and Mollymook.  Detailed hazard studies, local consultation.
Prepare an Issues and Options Discussion Paper for this part of the coastline.

April to 
June 2007        
Focus on North Durras to Burrill Lake.

July to 
September 2007    
Focus on Lake Conjola, Narrawallee, Sussex Inlet and St Georges Basin.

October to 
December 2007        
Focus on Culburra and Shoalhaven Heads.

January to
December 2008        
 
Integration of management issues and responses for the entire coastline. Conduct stakeholder workshop to assess and prioritise risks.
Exhibit the integrated Shoalhaven City Coastline Management Plan for community comment.
8
January to 
April 2009        
Finalise the Shoalhaven City Coastline Management Plan, endorsed by Council for implementation.
