AIM, an Australian education provider, has been delivering professional training solutions for over 80 years spanning topic areas including Leadership and Strategy, through to Communication, Project Management and Technology.
Whether you study online or on-campus with AIM, you gain access to their state-of-the-art learning portal where you can download course materials and discover further study resources.
Our Personal Growth and Development Training Program allows employees to own their development journey by targeting training areas they want to grow in. Our target is to provide an average of 6.5 training days per employee per year.
Through their regular development conversations with managers, Umwelt employees are able to discuss this learning experience and how it links to their development plan.
Through the AIM portal provided, employees can learn more about individual training courses, training outcomes, and course ratings. For Umwelt, the courses are grouped under a range of faculties including:
