Our Hydrogeology team can provide a wide range of groundwater services, with experience across Australia.

In collaboration with Umwelts ecology, surface water, operations, planning, archaeology, social, spatial and visualisation disciplines, we can provide clients with a tailored service to meet their requirements.
The Hydrogeology services include:
- Conceptual groundwater models and characterisation of groundwater regime
- Seepage investigations
- Sustainable groundwater management, policy and guidelines
- Water supply investigations
- Groundwater compliance reporting and auditing
- Peer review and expert advice on groundwater modelling and hydrogeological matters
- Groundwater dependent ecosystem (GDE) studies, ecohydrological assessments and management plans
- Development of compliance conditions/management plans, including establishment of triggers and TARPs
- Groundwater impact assessments, modifications and extraction plans
- Mine closure and final void studies, covering risk assessment, targeted fieldwork, numerical modelling and stakeholder engagement
- Network reviews, checking bore conditions and testing
- Fieldwork, in particular bore installation and sampling for water quality, stygofauna, water levels and hydraulic testing
